Way too often, one beats themselves up.

There’s no need.

Treat Yourself Well

Talk to yourself as you would a sad friend.

You lost your way for a moment.

It’s okay.

Let’s adjust your perspective,

What Changed?

Find, Create You happiness path, sunshine

 

The biggest question is what changed?

No one can answer this for you.

However, there may not be an answer.

Don’t spend time dwelling over it.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and begin again.

5 Ways to happiness

Journal, doodle, whatever helps you.

Ask yourself this important question: What makes me happy?

Jot down 5 things that make you happy.

Place the list where you will see it.

Make plans to find that happy you.

For the next five days, choose one idea and do that.

Keep it Going

Dont’s stop after 5 days.

Make this a ritual. Make this a habit.

Repeat over and over.

Don’t Hold Back Your Heart Let it Point North!

A grateful heart is a happy heart. You do, desire a happy heart, right…

With that being said, happiness is an inside job. No one can make you happy. You can feel the emotional outpouring of a happy feeling and exude joy; yes, but only you can bring this forth.

However, so many say do this, don’t do that. Oh hell, no we won’t go down that path.

I AIN’T GOT TIME 

Compass, Heart, Truth North. Magical Blessings, So, I am supposed to be happy. Sure, Right and OMG, not another dumb person telling me what I should or shouldn’t do.

Heck, what do I do with this anxious, dread and worry?

Aww, this is where it can get tricky, and yet it doesn’t  have to. Have you ever heard the idea about working smarter not harder?  I don’t know about you, but I like things easy, peasy and to be done with it. I ain’t got time for all that drama and nonsense.

ANXIETY, WORRY DOUBT BOREDOM

Those are killer of dreams. These are keeper of cells (When Egos Feed); think prison cell.

You do not deserve to stay frozen unable to move. Break free and get a movin.

TREAT YOUR HEART LIKE A COMPASS

Place your hands over your heart. Do you feel that? That is your heart beat. It keeps ticking, so you keep living.

Yet, are you loving?

Are you loving life?

Are you loving you?

It is too easy to get swept up in life’s drama or distracted from that which you love. Yes, this includes you, too.

Now, let’s get in touch with your heart and point this true north.  Many mystics believe that your heart is your true north. When you align with your heart, you align fully with Spirit/Divine/whomever you speak with.

So how do you do this? Simple, let go of anything that is stopping you. Ready, set, let it go…let it flow. Once you tap into your true Divine heart is when life aligns to its greatest source: Your Heart.

Natasha, I’ve tried everything from self-loathing to self-harm, pills, alchie and ya. Okay, I am not here to criticize nor judge you! Nope, I am not. However, I can help guide you to your true north. Creative Self Expression is a great way to connect with you, your heart and soul. Paint, Write, Mediation and much more can help bring out what is locked behind bars.

Also, forget perfect. That is such a lie!  It will hurt ya every time. Let go of the perfect idea and allow yourself to get messy. Go for that meditative hike, paint with your fingers, dig in the dirt and so much more.

p.s. did ya notice that much of this does not include electronics? Those can distract you from hearing your heart. Put ’em down and get outdoors; even if it is for 5 mins.

HOLDER OF DREAMS

Your heart is the keeper of your dreams. When you have a grateful heart is when your inner happy peace exudes and overflows. Life seems simpler, easier; it is almost by magic that everything just syncs. Easy Peasy Breezy!

Therefore, getting to your true north is via your heart. This is when head, heart, and spirit triangulate in the perfect formation. You are in alignment with your truth. You’ve let go of things in your way, and things manifest and flow to you.

We hear so much about how you should practice self-care and self-love. Rarely, do you hear about self-gratitude?  Sure it is great to be grateful and appreciate all the life has to offer you. Do you gratefully accept yourself and all that you have to offer?

You are an amazing person!

Take a moment and reflect back on your life. For a moment ponder a moment and take you out of the equation.  Would this have the same result? No, it would not. You offer something that no one else has, and no one else will ever have.

You are truly unique and amazing!

STOP COMPARING

Too many times in life, you may have looked over the fence to view what seems like greener grass on the other side. It’s like being in competition; yet, there is no one to really compete with.  Sure, if you are at a sporting event there is one team and you take sides. Should you subdivide you and take the side either for or against you?

Inhale and exhale. Repeat this three times. Each time you inhaled and exhaled was different. Each moment is different. You nourish yourself in many forms. Let’s celebrate the gratitude that you are and that you deserve.

This celebration is a celebration of you and you alone. It is too easy to slide into people pleaser mode, so take this one for you and only you.

  • Stop chastising yourself for not being further along your growth process. Appreciate how far you’ve come.
  • Celebrate any goal. It can be small or massive.
  • Accept compliments. Don’t deflect them away from you. Be grateful that someone sees how amazing you are!

  • Write yourself a love note. Get mushy, love you up.
  • Go on a date with you. If you wanna date another or have date nights get comfortable dating yourself.
  • Take time to do what makes you happy. If ya love music, sing;  ya love nature, go for a stroll/walk;  ya love to paint, dip that paint brush in the paint. Let go & enjoy!
  • Express yourself. Talk to yourself through it if you are uncertain about a situation; then go for it . Express yourself in a way that makes sense to you. If you desire lavender locks, go for it. If you wish to buy a piece of clothing that helps you express yourself, do it.
  • Ask yourself, “What do I really want?” Instead of “What should I want.”

Creating Your Life

You are the designer of your life. No one else can create this for you. Roll up your sleeves. Get messy and darn it enjoy you!
