Love Projection Meditation

By Natasha Botkin
In the last few blogs:
I have discussed being mindful of the feelings, emotions and thoughts that one is projecting onto themselves and others.  As energy is energy and the energy genie is only doing as one requested; delivering the energy that was directed to another: the good, the bad and the ugly.
In this blog let’s focus on ways to project love and light to others. Here is a Projection of Love Meditation.

ideas of projecting positive love and light to others:

  • Smile
  • Appreciate Yourself and another
** This could by through hard work, a job well done, a completed project.
  • Celebrate
** If you celebrate your child doing a simple task, why not your spouse, a co-worker and even yourself.
  • Send a note or letter from your own handwriting.
** We all have become to accustomed to technology when is the last time you received a handwritten thank you or note card just to say I am thinking about you.
  • Thank another
  • Send Flowers or bring flowers
**They do not have to be a huge, expensive floral arrangement; a simple bunch of daisy with a cute ribbon goes a long way at brightening one’s day.
  • A Cup of Coffee or tea, a Glass of Wine or preferred beverage

Kind feelings and thoughts projected onto another can go a long way. You just never know what someone is going through or has been through, and to radiate kind, love towards another benefits all.
Give it a try to watch the magic unfold.
Much Love, Much Light and Magical Blessings,
Natasha

Natasha, I believe kindness benefits both the receiver and the giver. By radiating love & kindness, we uplift our vibration, improve our mood, reduce stress & improve our immune system! Thanks for a beautiful audio message! <3

Thank you for this, Natasha. I’m in need of “energy-building” reminders right now and this is spot on.

I love these sweet and thoughtful ideas on how to ‘project love.’ The other night I made French toast for my family and one of the bread slices looked like a heart. My son picked that one and I told him I made it special for him – you could see the smile radiate out from his heart. Sending you ‘love projections’ and smiles! xo, Reba

Even choosing one of your lovely ideas can shift both your day and the day of someone who you are directing your smile, words or deeds towards. It sounds so simple, yet often we do need to step back and remind ourselves to make these small gestures towards another. Thanks for the reminder, Natasha!
