Eeek! My Interview is Live

Reclaiming Your Power Image

In Her Power by Natasha Botkin

Eeek! Was my first reaction to an interview. For years I would not admit, acknowledge or state that I am a domestic violence survivor. Part of my journey is the Reclamation of me and to openly and honestly discuss this for all to hear.  Due to what I went through I developed a massive trust issue.  What I discovered is that I did not trust me, did not feel safe and so much more.

Slowly, I have begun reclaiming me.  I am a wonderful illuminating treasure filled with the most valuable divine essence.  The most beautiful of all is remembering who I am.  There is not right or wrong way to your own discovery and the notion of what works is a beautiful moment in itself.  I am thankful for all that I have learned.  Yes, you read that correctly, I am thankful.  I now know and able to understand and identify what is a trigger and what this means for me.  As with any trauma there is much more growing and healing.  The biggest was forgiving myself for being lied to.  The Art of Forgiveness

 Please enjoy this interview

The Art of Forgiveness

 the art of FORGIVENESS

When we take a look at the art of forgiveness we can begin by using the the definition of forgiveness is being ready and willing to forgive.  Upon further investigation this means: it is safe to deal with. Forgiving is feeling safe enough to deal with a circumstance.  An important factor is the sanctity of feeling anodyne, and we all deserve to feel secure; when one feels unsafe, forgiving is not easy art form.

When one looks even deeper, it is about trust.

Can I trust you?

More importunately can I trust myself?

Seems simple enough, and yet this is a daunting forum that can feed the fear and craft havoc that destroys our miracle that the divine has created.

It does not matter who you are,

when you do not trust you,

who can you trust?

The Art of Forgiveness

This seems unpretentious and it is, unfortunately the ego generates doubt and whenever there is doubt, there is lack; this breeds the ultimate mischievous fear.  Fear can destroy the essence and, distress us to the opposite of what the divine has designed for us.

In truth it is the fear the keeps us unsafe, the ultimate mischief of liars and this creates the state of confusion; as confusion is a manner of lying on the deepest level.

Our souls and heart were not designed to distress us; that is the ultimate lie that one can exonerate from the depth and layers of the lies that Bind.

The divine miracle is love, and where the light can seep, the dark can be swept away and love expounds all

We Are All Connected

How would you like to pass this onto your child or grandchildren? Unconsciously this happens more often than not, and the art of forgiveness can help bolster the essence of the divine.  Bringing us to the light in the most majestic manner.

How can we create a way to be unstoppable of the fear? Recognize it and do not stress; allow the light to shine its way; the light will help one to connect with the divine purpose of living the way that God intended.

Children come into the world so pure and filled with love and light.  We are the teachers all united as one.  Let’s us stand and unite!  Unite turned around is   un-tie: the lie that placates our histories.  Fortunately, we can teach our children and undo what has been done.  Once they are shown; they can lead the way to the light and healing is through the light of forgiveness.  Trust in yourself to guide our children in the universal law and art of forgiveness by forgiving you and then let us lead the way.

They deserve it.

  You deserve it.

We deserve it.

We are safe, love, light  and are all connected as one divine miracle.

Power of the Voice

The power of your voice can empower you or disempower you.

The choice is up to you.

Have you ever felt as if you are not being heard and raise your volume, just to discover that your vocals were misunderstood? All of a sudden you went from the little unassuming voice to the one that seems out of control.

or

You are speaking and every time that you speak, someone else speaks over you? Stop, pause by taking a deep breath and realize this is about them and not you.

I personally know both sides; the non listened to where others felt that their wisdom was much wiser. only to discover that they did not know what they were speaking of, and me taking the de-railed train back on course with my own wisdom.

or

Being told that just because I am able to project my voice that does not mean I have much to say; I am just loud.

Ahhh contraire! Through vocal training for singing, drama and other avenues, my voice expands well. THis is not to say that I should or purposely try to over speak someone.

In fact, some of my best vocal moments are refined, and they embody the smooth and grace of a fine wine.

With all of the social media noise that can pollute us, Be sure to choose wisely what you voice and how it is voiced.

Sorry, not ever one will wish to hear what you have to say or agree with you. This does not mean giving up on you because of another.

There is wisdom in knowing when to speak and when not to.

Inspiration is key and if I had listened, then many would not hear me and that was not of divine order nor my divine path.  Releasing their anger and pain that I was sided with was part of my resolution.

A quick question are you talking to talk or you speaking to be listened to?

Using the Power of Your Voice

Ways to Have You Voice Heard in a Wise Manner of Speaking:

1. Greet another or others with enthusiasm.  If you are grumpy or aggressive in your greeting people will not wish to listen to you.

2. Watch your tone of voice.  Ninety percent of misunderstandings are about the tone of your voice.

3. Perception.  How is what you are saying being perceived?  In other words are you speaking only to talk or  are you allowing a moment for another to process what you are saying.  For example, do you hear people as well when you are tired or had a long day?

4. Be yourself and enjoy the moment.

5. Step back and Pause.  This goes back to perception. One time I thought that I was not being heard until i stepped back and paused.  This allowed me to realize that I was not only being heard, I was being listened to in a mega manner.

6. Speak from a loving place.  People can tell if you being sincere or blowing smoke.  They can also feel the love in your voice. Reflect on a moment when you were a child; did you wish to be hollered at or spoken to in a calm voice filled with love?

May you use your voice as a wise  and loving communication device.
