The Heart Chakra is associated with the color green and sometimes pink. This is our embodiment into love, compassion and empathy for self and others. This is the very center of you of how your grow, thrive and simply enjoy life.

However, what does this truly mean?

 

LIGHT ENERGY

We are energy light beings who thrive on energy.  This energy very much brings us expansion. Now close your eyes and imagine the Northern Lights.  Our inner light very much dances in harmony with our energy just as the Northern Lights.

 

Heart CHAKRA IS Green

This inner light helps empower our bodies.  We moved into meditation with my blogs about Solar Plexus,  Sacral Chakra , or Root  Chakra to help align these Chakras.  Next, we will work with the Heart Chakra; the Heart is the color green and sometimes pink.  The color green appears all around us.  We wear it, eat it and use all of our senses to enjoy the color green.

An imbalanced Heart Chakra may show in the form circulatory problems, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, heart attack and lung issues.

Loving Yourself

EMOTIONAL

This can show up as loving in a wild manner, lack of proper boundaries with family and friends, say yes to everything and everyone with no personal benefits, co-dependency, tolerating too much as lacking sufficient emotional self-care.

 

SIMPLY DIVINE

Energy healing seems complex; and in some ways it can be; but mostly the Divine Spirit wishes for this to be gentle and simple.  Or what I like to call Simply Divine. One of the Simply Divine ways to help re-balance your energies is through nourishment.

NURTURING OURSELVES

Northern LightsClose your eyes and place your hands just above your navel.  Imagine a green colored mint  just above your navel. The mint is delicious and sweet . There is an green light that flows from the mint.  Imagine the light dancing just above your navel region; just as the Northern Lights dance in the sky.  Ask Spirit to help you illuminate your navel with this syrupy green light.  Let this pour into you.  Inhale and exhale in a natural rhythm that syncs with your heart beat. Sit like this for 5-6 minutes.

Say: 
I am open to love.

I forgive me. 

I am open to loving me.

I am wanted and loved. 

 

NOURISHING OURSELVES

Matcha Tea Green Mint Heart Chakra Food brings forth good energies or bad energies depending on how we choose to nourish ourselves. I do not know about you, but I love tea.  Add 1-2 tsp Matcha Green Tea to cup. Pour hot water into a cup. Next, add 1-2 mint sprigs.  Seep for 2-3 mins. You may drink this hot or cool.  Enjoy the Mint Matcha tea.   Swish this in your mouth, swallow and allow this to flow down your throat. Envision this flowing all the way to your heart and flushing this all around the heart. Spreading and flowing in a fluid manner with your love-filling you in this region and expanding throughout you. The light energies of the Mint Matcha tea pulses through you. You are connecting and balancing yourself in a sweet manner full of Divine Love of Spirit

13 Ways to Let Go of Anxiety

Anxiety can show up in a variety of forms; sometimes it shows in the most unexpected moments. Please do not worry nor fret.  Everyone has anxiety from time to time. For some this may be a moment that passes in time and others can become stuck in the anxious pool.  What is the most important is the lack of judgement when one has anxiety showing. Rather this is more about how to let go of such.

Anxiety can be the repeating of worries, concerns and fears in an unhealthy manner.  It is like a switch turns on and an obsessive mantra begins over and over.

What Anxiety Can Look Like: 

Physical form:

There are a couple of concerns that may occur.  One is the physicality of anxiety showing in your physical body:

  • heart palpitations
  • sweating
  • trembling/shaking
  • chest pain
  • shortness of breath
  • numbness or tingling
  • tense muscles
  • headaches
  • neck tension

There are times when a panic attack arises and the physicality of the situation mimics a heart attack.

Emotional Form: 

  • feelings of apprehension or dread
  • anticipating the worse
  • trouble concentrating
  • feeling tense or jumpy
  • irritable
  • loss of memory; feels as if wiped the slate clean

Ways That Anxiety Can Show

  • nail biting
  • picking at hangnails
  • self-harm
  • throwing up and/or bulimia
  • insomnia
  • fear of objects or items; using this as an excuse to not do something.  Afraid of spiders so, refuse to garden.
  • refuse to attend parties or other activities because afraid to speak to others.
  • perfectionism
  • living in the past with enormous flashbacks
  • OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)
  • doubting yourself over and over

You have choices when anxiety shows up in your life.  Either fight it or learn from this. If you have severe concerns or physically harm yourself, please seek medical assistance. 

  1. Stop resisting anxiety or anxious moments. This makes it worse. Letting go does not mean stopping. This means registering, re-learning a better way to proceed when anxiety arrives.
  2. Accept that you cannot “control” everything or everyone. You are responsible for yourSelf; take good care of you.
  3.  Use or write positive affirmations.
  4. Commitment to yourSelf to learn a new way of being. Re-train your body and mind.
  5. Meditation. Use a meditation app, take a meditation class.  Guided meditations are a great way to begin.
  6. Be gentle with yourSelf.  If you made a mistake; so be it; this is not a life sentence.
  7. Let It Go, Let it Flow, Doom, Gloom, Bloom Anxiety AnxietiesLet go of the past and the future.  When you release a hurt or a worry then you are able to be in the present; this is where you can have fun, thrive and feel alive. Go away doom and allow you to bloom.
  8. Write it out.  Journal about this. Allow yourSelf to free form and flow the concerns or anxieties from you. Or use writing prompts.
  9. Paint or Draw what shows up for you.
  10. Gentle stretches or yoga
  11. Reiki is a natural relaxing technique that can help calm you.
  12. Sing , listen or play music.  Music is said to calm the savage beast.  Let the music flow over your sound waves and be present with the music. Pick up an instrument and strum, drum, pluck away the stressors.
  13. Spray lavender essential oil spray or burn a lavender scented candle.

I have personally worked, guided many individuals with anxiety along with myself.  It took many years for me to understand that the pain in my body was anxiety.  Many of the anti-anxiety ideas have arisen due to my or a dear heart needs for restorative calmness. As a parent of Autistic individuals I often found myself in the midst of anticipated outcomes; just in case a meltdown occurs.  As my sons have grown older, the need for anticipation has lessened and yet, it has taken years to relax, release and restore myself in a harmonious manner.

Archangel Michael is one of your Divine Support Team Angels that you can access anywhere & anytime. Call his name and he will be there helping you release negativity. Archangel Michael is my go to guy. He is my birth angel and always walks by my side. The question that he has sought as of recent from me is: do I truly seek what is seeking me by releasing negativity of a past situation?

In one outrageous moment, the Divine spoke its Will for me. Due to the way it was presented it took every ounce for me not to flee. It is truly what I want and need; however Free Will spoke its ugly forum to me. It was almost an enticement of come darling, I have your truth. Do not stray from me. However, this could not have been further from my truth. Divine Will rode up in the form of a Dark Carriage; “come along and you will ride with me. We will ride our destiny.”

Michael’s Gifts of Clearance

As the moment arose, I called forth my Divine Angelic Support Team and felt my Guides and Angels coming forth; “we will walk with your dear one.  You are not alone and will master your destiny.  Take a deep breath for what you seek, seeks you and you will begin anew.”

Archangel Michael’s use of a mighty sword cuts away all the ties that may bind the negativity to you. Are you asking?  Due to Free Will, Angels cannot nor will not cross the Divine’s notion unless it is immediate life threatening danger.

As he cuts away the negativity the ego may wish to pull you back.  The ego very much dislikes competition, and this is a mega loss for the ego  Yet, it is not a loss or a win; it is the recognition of your birthright to be free.  You do not have to hold onto the darkness.  The darkness can be released and let go.  You deserve to be free of the patterns and triggers that hold you in a figurative cell.

Call to Thee

Say this simple prayer and Archangel Michael shall begin.

“Dear Archangel Michael, I am weary. Please help me to release that which no longer serves me.  I am afraid of this change, so please walk with me as I let go of the old and welcome the new.”

Poof!  Zip! Zap! Archangel Michael begins and releases that which binds the negativity to you. There is much more to the process.  The ego is a nasty little bugger that hides and looms deeply within.  Ponder a moment of disallowing the dark.  This is not a one stop shop or sweep.  That is the nonsense of a old paradigm.  Yes, you are releasing; then again, there is a new dance that must make way, and what if you do not know the dance.

I am not talking about a bad day- darkness.  I am talking about the darkness that looms, that picks, that can create pure and utter chaos in one’s life. Sometimes this shows as anxiety, depression, addiction (and addiction does not have to be to food, drugs, alcohol-this can be for anything that you keep repeating and know that you need to let go of), self-harm of yourself or others, grief, over spending, under spending, speaking ill about yourself, judgement, and so much more. How many times have you set out to conquer something only to falter?  The deliverance from a sate of absurdity to alter a pattern or trigger with the success of not truly hearing the advice or wellness.  This is anything that continually stands in your way from Shining your Divine Inner Radiance.

You do not have to be this way.  I describe in my book/blog “When Egos Feed, my ego was holding me prisoner with that facets if they know they will think less of me.  The ego’s utter mistrust.  So, I began my recovery alone.  Worse was the disillusion of separation. It seems as if I was all alone; yet I was never alone.  Again the trick that the ego is it to make one to believe- a nonsense of reverie- far away from the Divine.

Gentle Approach

The other iconic moment is the adage that it is a race. This  takes time to recover from the disallowance of the dark voids that can cause distrust, mistrust and darkness. A new way of being is not an overnight sensation.  Be patient as you are learning a new way of being.

When all was said and done, I had to find those who vibes with me.  Those who truly loved me for me.  I was surrounded in such a chaotic mess that many were me pulling down and away from my authenticity.

Never Ever Alone

Even if you need to let those who no longer walk with you–go; you are never ever alone  Your Divine Support Team is everywhere you are and go.  A former client once gasped at this notion, “You mean even when I masturbate?  Oh jeeze.”  Yes, Dear Heart, your Divine Support Team is everywhere you are.
