Why It’s Best to Believe in You

image believe in you Why it’s best to believe in you.

First, there is no one like you.  No matter how you look at it; you are the best you, and no one else does you best.

Believe it or not, you are the best version of you.  Without you being you, then the world loses out on the wonderfulness that you exude.  Once upon a time, I forgot the essence of who I truly am.  When I did that, all that I offer and bring to this world was lost.  The other day, I walked into the grocery store and immediately everyone near me began to smile.  I was at a loss as to the why I was there for a simple item; after seeing this, I knew it was divinely so much more.  It was not the item; it was what was stated next by a dear woman, “My dear you glow like a radiant light.”

So, I aim at being the best me that I can be.  You can as well; it is so easy to be you!

Sounds contrite, and alas it is not.  Take for a moment and ponder  the movie “It’s  a Wonderful Life.”  You may not even be aware of what you bring to this thing called life.  I have had others begin to remind me of who I am and why I am here.  I am here to shine and radiate divine loving light.  It is the essence of who I am in.  As my BeLoved recently stated, “Just Be You!”

Best to Believe in You!!

It’s not a gimmick and not easier said than done.  If I listened to others who tried to change me, I would have lost the most preciousness and that is ME!   You, too are also super precious- a special flower of the most divine kind.

Ways to help believe in you:

  1. Do the inner work.  Yes it is necessary.  Once I went deep within and faced the fear and inner demons, the most magical blessings came forward.  My life literally shifted into a magical being.
  2. Get out there and be you.  Do not hide.  Step out of the shadows; even if you show up with shakes, still show up; let your voice quiver, and yet, still show up.
  3. Love yourself.  Even those pieces that you dislike; love all of you.  You are not a mistake; God made you in the creation of him; his miraculous creation.  Darling, you are that miracle!!
  4. Be mindful and gentle with how you speak to yourself.  What would happen if you taped what you say to you; pretend for a moment that you are being recorded what will this reveal?
  5. Accept that we all make mistakes.  It is okay, it is not  the end of the world.  I’ve made some mega mistakes and once I was able to forgive me, I was able to heal, and it was not even close to what the negative chatter bantered.
  6. Forgive you.  You will make mistakes,  Get back up, brush yourself off and keep going.
  7. Trust you.  If you cannot trust you, who can you trust?
  8. It’s okay to not have all of the answers.  That is part of this growth in this thing we call life.
  9. Repeat as often as necessary.

Most importantly Believe in You!

You are the Best You!

Much Love, Much Light and Magical Blessings,

Power of the Voice

The power of your voice can empower you or disempower you.

The choice is up to you.

Have you ever felt as if you are not being heard and raise your volume, just to discover that your vocals were misunderstood? All of a sudden you went from the little unassuming voice to the one that seems out of control.

or

You are speaking and every time that you speak, someone else speaks over you? Stop, pause by taking a deep breath and realize this is about them and not you.

I personally know both sides; the non listened to where others felt that their wisdom was much wiser. only to discover that they did not know what they were speaking of, and me taking the de-railed train back on course with my own wisdom.

or

Being told that just because I am able to project my voice that does not mean I have much to say; I am just loud.

Ahhh contraire! Through vocal training for singing, drama and other avenues, my voice expands well. THis is not to say that I should or purposely try to over speak someone.

In fact, some of my best vocal moments are refined, and they embody the smooth and grace of a fine wine.

With all of the social media noise that can pollute us, Be sure to choose wisely what you voice and how it is voiced.

Sorry, not ever one will wish to hear what you have to say or agree with you. This does not mean giving up on you because of another.

There is wisdom in knowing when to speak and when not to.

Inspiration is key and if I had listened, then many would not hear me and that was not of divine order nor my divine path.  Releasing their anger and pain that I was sided with was part of my resolution.

A quick question are you talking to talk or you speaking to be listened to?

Using the Power of Your Voice

Ways to Have You Voice Heard in a Wise Manner of Speaking:

1. Greet another or others with enthusiasm.  If you are grumpy or aggressive in your greeting people will not wish to listen to you.

2. Watch your tone of voice.  Ninety percent of misunderstandings are about the tone of your voice.

3. Perception.  How is what you are saying being perceived?  In other words are you speaking only to talk or  are you allowing a moment for another to process what you are saying.  For example, do you hear people as well when you are tired or had a long day?

4. Be yourself and enjoy the moment.

5. Step back and Pause.  This goes back to perception. One time I thought that I was not being heard until i stepped back and paused.  This allowed me to realize that I was not only being heard, I was being listened to in a mega manner.

6. Speak from a loving place.  People can tell if you being sincere or blowing smoke.  They can also feel the love in your voice. Reflect on a moment when you were a child; did you wish to be hollered at or spoken to in a calm voice filled with love?

May you use your voice as a wise  and loving communication device.

Reclaiming Your Power

In my previous blog Unclearing the Path of the Past, I am describing a defining moment of releasing the past. In one moment I mention that I was held by the shame and guilt of a mistake. It is not easy for me to stand here and make this statement:

I am a survivor of Domestic Violence.

The mistake that held me hostage–is me.

What?

How could this be true?

Awwww, but it is. It took me 8 years to admit that I am a survivor of DV. It was a secret, a hidden secret. Shhh, “no one is to know, they will think less of me” is what my negative mental chatter would preach to me over and over. This helped keep me away from my power, and any attempt to be in my power would placate the essence of the hidden notion, and this created a way to dull my sparkle.

Years had passed, and few knew of this facet. A co-worker sees me crying, “Honey, what is wrong?” I screwed up, I was so scared of what had previously happened to me, that I sent what is my true love (not abusive love) away from me. It was the last thing I desired, and when I tried to apologize, the hurt I saw in his eyes bore deep into my soul. I deserve to have a real love, and yet those voices told me that I did not. This even kept me in an unhealthy work situation. All because of the mistaken shame and guilt that was dulling my shine, and the preconceived notion that people often rant, “What’s wrong with her,She could just leave.” Society’s judgmental notion of my greatest fear:

I have no voice, and I am unvaluable.

I was hiding, from the shame and guilt of the DV, and yet I am a strong, intelligent woman; how could this possibly happen to me. They will think less of me. This began my dark secret and when I sent my Beloved away, I went into a darker state of being.  They can’t know: They will think less of me. A rant of my fears of a family who told me to sit down and shut up, I have nothing to say, and one day I did.  The Sound of my silence lessening my voice, my worth.  I was the good girl and did as I was told; I surrendered to the ill ways of the fear.

My heart & soul calling out for me to Dive Deep, “Go deeper than ever before: go to the nucleus.” Dive I did, and when I rose to the surface, what was shown was beyond anything that I have ever seen. So, many past lives danced in front of me showing me where the lies of confusion began; all of these creating an entagnled & intertwined state of being. Forgiveness for all and especially forgiveness towards myself. I am stepping into another light, another state of being. They helped show me that others would benefit?  Once I saw it in that manner; it was too selfish to keep to myself.

This needs to shine in our world!

I am able to feel My inner peace and power.

the serenity of divine grace pulsing through my heart and soul: my true authentic voice returning to this manner of God’s Soul deep within me; I am one with he.

I am able to forgive me; By forgiving me, the ultimate healing began

I am free.

I have the most magnificent voice.

Most of all

I am valuable.
