The choice is up to you. 

Take a look around your living and your work space.

Does this show harmony, joy or healthy wellness?

Or does it scream help me, I feel like I am being burried alive?

Energy is a State of Mind

We are all energy beings and energy flows to where the attention goes. This can be positive energy or unhealthy anxious, depressed energy.  

Our mental state of mind is like that. Imagine for a moment a candle; the candle lights up the room, but what happens if you remove the oxygen. The candle will eventually stop burning. This may be immediately or over a period of time. You are like a candle, and you need oxygen, space and free- flowing movement. However, if you are packed in your living and work space. You are like the candle and maybe pittering out and unable to freely live the life you deserve.

Forbes recently posted an article about how people are not thriving and are burying themselves with stuff.  This is a mental state of mind, rather than a necessity.

How often do you hear the term retail therapy? 

Go outside soak up nature. Disengage from everything; unplug from electronics and connect back with you. Nature is amazing and will help you feel calm, peaceful and connect to your heart and soul.

Things to Enjoy in Nature

  • Meditate
  • Write in your journal
  • Read
  • Paint
  • Doodle
  • Draw
  • Veg 
  • Garden
  • Enjoy a cup of tea, coffee or Spirits
  • Nap
  • Rest
  • Look at the stars or moon

How Clutter and Debris Clogs Your Mind

People have become so used to stuff: the newest and greatest gadgets. All of this is to make your life easier. But come on, how often do you look for an item or have to move other stuff around. Probably more than you would like to admit. Or not even use the items you have, because you cannot reach it.

Sad but true for so many. Holding onto items, stuff, and hoarding is a mental state of being pursued into feeling safe. All too often this is about feeling safe and controlling your environment. 

The Mental Cost of Clutter

Sherrie Bourg Carter Psy.D. has written an article describing the preciousness of mental health and what clutter does to your body. One of the biggest statements that she makes is that clutter creates stress.

Yes, clutter can stress you out. You walk into a room that is messy, cluttered and this automatically sends out a stress s.o.s. signal to your brain. Your body’s natural defense begins and the negative ego starts talking: Abort, turn around and walk away. Unfortunately,  your ego may begin to internally beat you up about the mess and how you never clean it up: man what a loser.

Or, what if this clutter does not belong to you, but someone else you work with or live with. The same thing is happening; and because it is not yours, there’s not much you can do about it. I know, been there done that. Not everyone can see their faults or maybe they do not wish to address the deep inner issue.

Deep Inner Issue

Safety is a huge reason why people collect stuff. It is just stuff. Ya can’t take it with you. So, do these items that cause mental chao and stresses your physical body really need to control you?


Or there is a loss of a loved one, relationship and so forth. There may be trauma such as domestic violence. So, you hold onto stuff as if it is precious. Again this is like building a mental fortress around a deeper issue: Safety. 

You are safe.

In fact, for a year and a half, I have lived with only my clothes and personal items; that’s it. Ya know what I found. That the “stuff” wasn’t important. I am important: my mental and physical wellness is important. The clutter and stuff is not. 

Ultimately, how you deal with this is up to you. I hope that you find yourself able to remove debris, clutter and bring forth a mental wellness that lessens the physical stress that happens and you are happy, harmonious and safe!

LIGHT ENERGY

We are energy light beings who thrive on energy.  This energy very much brings us expansion. Now close your eyes and imagine the Northern Lights.  Our inner light very much dances in harmony with our energy just as the Northern Lights.

 

Heart CHAKRA IS Green

This inner light helps empower our bodies.  We moved into meditation with my blogs about Solar Plexus,  Sacral Chakra , or Root  Chakra to help align these Chakras.  Next, we will work with the Heart Chakra; the Heart is the color green and sometimes pink.  The color green appears all around us.  We wear it, eat it and use all of our senses to enjoy the color green.

An imbalanced Heart Chakra may show in the form circulatory problems, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, heart attack and lung issues.

Loving Yourself

EMOTIONAL

This can show up as loving in a wild manner, lack of proper boundaries with family and friends, say yes to everything and everyone with no personal benefits, co-dependency, tolerating too much as lacking sufficient emotional self-care.

 

SIMPLY DIVINE

Energy healing seems complex; and in some ways it can be; but mostly the Divine Spirit wishes for this to be gentle and simple.  Or what I like to call Simply Divine. One of the Simply Divine ways to help re-balance your energies is through nourishment.

NURTURING OURSELVES

Northern LightsClose your eyes and place your hands just above your navel.  Imagine a green colored mint  just above your navel. The mint is delicious and sweet . There is an green light that flows from the mint.  Imagine the light dancing just above your navel region; just as the Northern Lights dance in the sky.  Ask Spirit to help you illuminate your navel with this syrupy green light.  Let this pour into you.  Inhale and exhale in a natural rhythm that syncs with your heart beat. Sit like this for 5-6 minutes.

Say: 
I am open to love.

I forgive me. 

I am open to loving me.

I am wanted and loved. 

 

NOURISHING OURSELVES

Matcha Tea Green Mint Heart Chakra Food brings forth good energies or bad energies depending on how we choose to nourish ourselves. I do not know about you, but I love tea.  Add 1-2 tsp Matcha Green Tea to cup. Pour hot water into a cup. Next, add 1-2 mint sprigs.  Seep for 2-3 mins. You may drink this hot or cool.  Enjoy the Mint Matcha tea.   Swish this in your mouth, swallow and allow this to flow down your throat. Envision this flowing all the way to your heart and flushing this all around the heart. Spreading and flowing in a fluid manner with your love-filling you in this region and expanding throughout you. The light energies of the Mint Matcha tea pulses through you. You are connecting and balancing yourself in a sweet manner full of Divine Love of Spirit

How to Conduct a Spiritual Yoni Cleanse

Your yoni can be called your womb, sacred space, Sacral Chakra and more. This is a powerful and delicate part of you.  It is uber important to keep you clear, cleansed and whole.

Spiritual Cleanse 

A spiritual cleanse is a way to remove, let go or eliminate a concern or problem from us. Many people will conduct a cleanse or clearing by smudging.  Let’s take another look at this, because I do not know about you, but I do not plan to smudge a delicate feature of mine.

You can cleanse with a sage bath.

Let’s look into caring for your delicate yoni, female Self and/or vagina.

Once upon a time ladies would conduct a cleansing with a douche. This is usually with unnatural chemicals nor was this gentle.  Long ago, I tried this as I was guided via the elders, and I wrenched in pain.  It felt as if I had scorched and burned my feminine parts.

Vaginal Cleanse 

I am sharing this with you as I have guided too many ladies who are led to believe that the harsh douching is the way to go.  I had, yet another ask me what to do after a miserable experience.

One thing that needs to be stated is that the vagina needs a certain amount of flora and when you “douche” you are knocking everything out.  This is not beneficial for you in the long run.

Sage Lavender Peppermint Essential Oil

Spiritual Yoni Cleanse 

The idea is more of a pleasant steaming; nothing harsh, nothing that makes you winch or scream.

Please use this anytime:

  • Ending a relationship (yes your vagina can hold lover’s memories: emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually)
  • Recovering from surgery
  • Birth
  • Decreased or increased menstrual flow
  • Infections (Bladder or Urinary)
  • During a new moon
  • and many other means

Letting it Flow…

  1. Light a white candle & run a nice hot bath.
  2. Pour Epsom salt or sea salt into water.
  3. Drop 1-3 drops of Sage, Lavender, Peppermint essential oil(s) into water.
  4. Place 1 tsp of yellow dandelion blossoms into water.
  5. Swirl all together.
  6. Seep and soak your full body in hot bath.
  7. Set timer for 20 mins.
  8. Sit back and enjoy.
  9. Let out water and gently towel off.
