How to be Authentic

Have you heard the whispers in the air, the lull of the moon, the dance of the waves. Your authentic self calls to you, please come to me, let me be me.

One thing is for sure, your soul will not allow you to hide, procrastinate nor ignore. The energy vibes are calling, whispering, saying your truth and the more that you try to ignore or hide, the stronger the vibes may become.

It’s as if you soul is standing up and saying enough; enough with your shenanghans.  I am here in the now; now follow me.

Authentic Magical Wellness 17 Believe in me True me

The old 3D adage of fake it until you make it, no longer rings true. It is an old pattern and belief established in the third dimension; the awakened consciousness no longer tolerates this type of shenanghans.

In fact this may create more dissidence than helpfulness. Your inner peace will sound like a siren screaming it’s head off- “You fraud, that’s false.” Please note that your authentic voice is more powerful than a meek or false voice. The 7D toll of the bell, rings of love, of truth, of light. It requires for you to let go of your mask(s), and stand in your true, authentic power.

The haters are gonna hate

There will be those who disagree. Okay, why do they have more power over you, than you do of yourself? Use your authentic voice, show the world who you really are, and the world will answer your call, and step up to form a clearer path as to how you will go about your soul’s blueprint and why you are here.

Now, this is not to say, that you cannot insist on “your way” aka the idea of “free will.” I am here to gently emphasize that this is a 3 year in numerology, where your inner-most heartfelt desires are set to take form.   Get ready to open your wings & FLY or flop.


Ultimately the choice is up to you. No one is in your way, but you.

Authentic Ways For You to Show up

Here are a few ways to show up in an authentic manner, which can calm the storm of the lesson if you allow. 

Ways to be authentic:

  1. Is this a feeling, emotion or thought? 
  2. Ask yourself what am I feeling? Sad, mad, happy, anxious, calm and more. Spend time with the feeling; sit with it; do not move on it. Take 3 deep breaths. Now how do you feel?
  3. Allow yourself to feel this emotion.  Do not ignore it, this will tighten its grip- Breathe in and out as the emotion happens. Rest for a moment, reflect on what this is teaching you. Inhale and then exhale by releasing the emotion and re-setting yourself. Give yourself space to flow through the emotion.
  4. Is the thought useful, benefical or is it an old story that wants attention? Inhale the thought, do nothing else and then exhale letting it go. Don’t hold onto it. Breath it out and ask the angels/spirit to take it from here.
  5. Where did the feeling, emotion or thought originate from? Pay careful attention to the signs that your emotional body is sending to your physical body (i.e.  is your chest tight- then breath into your heart center and allow the emotion to flow in and out of you-almost like an ocean wave). Disease holds onto the body and the origination is a feeling, emotion or thought: DIS-EASE.
  6. Is this actually a belief?  What is the illusion that you are trying to convince yourself as your truth?
  7. Reiki and Distance Healing is a great way to help you to rest, reflect and re-set.

The World Needs You to Dance With Yourself

This is from a metaphoric stance; and, yet it is key to be you. There is no one like you. You are perfect just as you are, and the world needs you to be you. In the words of Dr. Suess, “Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you.”

Awaken Your Power with Unicorn Energies

Way to often we hear about the purity of unicorns, and that only those with a pure heart can see them.

There’s also the gimmick that unicorns fart glitter.

It’s not quite like that. The pure of heart is one who is living from their heart center. They are able to feel from their true heart.

It’s basically the power word: Authentic

There’s so much talk about magic/magick and all that jazz.

What is being forgoten is pure authentic healing.

Authenticity is the awakening from a dark spell from the past 10,0000 years. This is dark masculine energy. More divine feminine powers are being awakened. People are better able to recognize true magical powers that can heal.

We still have a long ways to go, but it is getting better; and it begins with you.

Authentic Magic

Authentic magic is healing.

Authentic truth is liberating.

Authenticity is freeing and breaks the chains of old.

The old story that either you tell or was told to you is wishing to burst forth and be forgeten forever.

Are you willing to be true of heart?

Are you willing to be free?

Authentic magic is purely from one’s heart center as this is the unity and purity of divine energy.

With that being said. It doesn’t mean that you cannot have fun with unicorn magic. Enjoy yourself!

Heart Center

The Heart is the center of the Self and the Self is the center of centers. The center is the center of the divine. 

There is no separation. The heart knows its unity lies within the divine. We are all connected. This is not even physical by nature, it is the spiritual connection that expands beyond consciousness.

Your heart is pure.

Your heart is simple.

Your heart is the ineffable being of vastness. There is no beginning, and there is no end.

Purity:Unicorn

Call upon the unicorn for pure authentic healing magic. This first begins in the heart center. Unicorns can provide a deeper enlightenment of feminine energies, and deeper connection to your third eye chakra.

The more you open your third eye chakra, the better able you can feel your intuition and see more deeply of your intuitive qualities.

This brings forth more prosperity, you manifest quickly and connect deeply with your feminine energies that help you create the life you desire. This is because unicorns radiate your true soul’s desire. Thus, you are healing and creating with authentic magic, and healing can be fun.

Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation

Mindfulness is a way of being aware.

This is another way of saying that you are aware of your thoughts, emotions or experiences on a moment to moment basis.

Oh so, you mean that being in the present moment stuff.

Yes,  this is the present moment idea, and you also do not have to be of Eastern principles.

Mindfulness 

Let’s break this down.

When you are being mindful, you are not practising this every waking moment. That is too much for anyone.

This is about being present in the moment for about 20 mins. I like to say 17 minutes. The human mind is active and focused for about 52 mins max and then needs a break.

The 17 mins can help you be in the moment and voila you are being  mindful.

17 Minutes at a Time

Just think,  you take a break every 52 mins,  and this can provide a way for you to be detached toLight Enters Dark Mindful Meditation an outcome. You take 17 mins to practice being aware of your surroundings, feelings and/or emotions.

Poof, you are being mindful.

This helps you relax and restore you.

Re-Train and Re-Wire

First of all, nothing is absolute, and it will take time for you to adjust your brain waves and thought patterns.

Be patient with you.

This is called metacognition and you are re-training your mind.

Yes, you may fail.

So what! Wipe the slate clean and start over.

If you were like me as a child, I was the queen of Do-Over(s). I would calll out Do-Over when something did not go my way or I made a mistake. Poof, it was done, no crying or worrying and I was back at it in no time.

Have you ever read “Eat, Pray, Love” by Elizabeth Gilbert?

There is a scene in the book and movie where the character is trying to meditate.  That’s intense meditation. Now, do not get me wrong, I’m not making fun nor putting down this form of meditation. Notice I said form. There are many meditations and meditation forms.

It’s okay to let your mind wander with mindful meditation. This is also not to be confused with Transcendal Meditation which is more of a higher state of being.

Allow you to synergize with you, your breath and your heart beat.

Mindful Meditation

  1. Mindful Meditation Magical BlessingsSit comfortbly
  2. Notice your legs. Do you wish for them to be criss cross applesauce? Or if you are sitting in a chair, place your feet on the ground.
  3. Straighten your upper body to feel comfortable, not super sitff and not slouching.
  4. Notice your arms. Are your palms facing up or down? Are you resting your hands on your knees or clenching your fists. Please open up your hands and allow your hands to be relaxed.
  5. Soften your gaze. Do not try to “focus.” Allow your eyes gently close or fall down,
  6. Feel your breath. Feel your heart beat. They are in sync. Allow the air to flow to and from your mouth and lungs. This helps your heart rythm to remain natural and in a flow.
  7.  Be kind to your wandering mind. If your mind wanders so be it. Sit and notice where your thoughts go. Inhale and as you exhale come back to the present meditation.
  8. When you are ready to open your eyes flutter them open like a butterfly’s wings.
